Adamantas is the capital of Milos and has the biggest port of the island. It is the most developed part of the island and has many hotels, rooms for rent, taverns, bars, coffee shops and practically everything one may need during his stay on the island. Adamantas is situated in a bay and is considered one of the biggest natural ports of the Mediterranean. The capital of Adamantas is built following to the traditional Cycladic architecture of blue and white.
Klima is the most romantic fishing village of Milos, ideal for strolls beside the seaside and for photographs having the sunset as background. The whole world is visiting Klima in order to see from close sight the SIRMATA. SIRMATA are the 2 stories local houses of the fisherman where they kept at the low level their boats in order to protect them from the bad weather. What distinguishes these houses is that they all have painted doors at different colours.it is worth visiting Klima and wait for the sunset as it is spectacular, and you can take great pictures.
On the west side of the island of Milos lies the small cave and the beach of Sykia. What makes Sykia special is the fact that part of the top of the cave through the passing of the years has collapsed creating a hole with a view to the sky. The inner part of the cave has a small beach with pebbles, rocks, and crystal waters. It is named after a fig tree near the top of the cave. It can only be approached by sea.
Kleftiko beach consists of impressive volcanic white rocks, which have been formed by the waves and the air, into the Aegean blue waters.it can be approached only by the sea and it is not an organized beach.
