How do I pay ?

We accept all major credit cards. All our boats are equipped with POS Terminals in case you require to make extra purchases on board.

 

My credit card is not going through, what should I do?

We operate through a reliable international payment system, your request for a booking might be rejected for one of the following reasons

  • Credit card limit exceeded.
  • Credit card expired.
  • Not sufficient funds on the card for payment.
  • Card type you entered is not supported by our payment system.

If you are sure that the card is all right, please call us directly or contact us through e-mail with your request and we will do our best to process the booking for you.

What is included in the charter price ?

When booking please pay attention to the description under each tour. In general, our Half Day / Full Day tours and Transfers include :

Is the captain included in the price ?

When booking please pay attention to the description under each tour. The captain is included in all our services.

 

Is fuel included in the price ?

When booking please pay attention to the description under each tour. Fuel is usually included in the rental price, unless otherwise stated. In that case to calculate approximate fuel costs please contact our team through email or phone at any time.

 

Are all your boats insured?

All of our boats available for booking are insured against accidents as law requires.

 

Who are your captains are they sufficiently trained ?

Our captains are all professional and highly experienced coming from different backgrounds such as merchant marine and military marine. Your safety is our prime concern.

 

What can I bring aboard with me ?

Since the boat has limited free space, we do not recommend large bags or bulky accessories ,instead use a soft beach bag.

Don’t forget :

  • Sunglasses
  • Hat
  • Bathing suit or any type of beachwear that are comfortable with
  • Beach towel
  • Sunscreen lotion
  • Sandals or Flipflops

For  Sunset tours and Island transfers we suggest you bring a light jacket or windbreaker just in case it gets nippy.

 

Please remember that high heels are not allowed on board you can choose sandals , flip flops, light sneakers , moccasins, or tennis shoes instead.

 

What time should I be there?

Please try and be at the arranged meeting point  15 to 20 minutes earlier than the agreed tour time. The captain of the boat will be in touch with you on the phone that you registered when booking the tour for further details.

 

Where does the tour start where do I get on the boat ?

All our tours have Adamas port as a starting and ending point. In case a different pick-up location is needed (at extra cost) please get in touch with our team through phone or email so special arrangements can be made.

Are the tours suitable for children ?

Generally, it is safe for children 5 and up. For younger children on this matter, we advise parent discretion. Not suitable for newborn infants and under 2 years of age.

 

Are pets allowed ?

Cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation by you, you must immediately inform us in writing by communicating the details of the reservation. There is a basic cancellation cost of 10% of the amount deposited as a reservation cost. In case the cancellation is notified from 60-45 days from boarding then 20% of the amount deposited as the cost of booking will be kept. In case the cancellation is notified from 44-30 days from boarding then 50% of the amount deposited as the cost of booking will be kept. In case the cancellation is notified from 29-15 days from boarding then 70% of the amount deposited as the cost of booking will be kept. For reservations that are cancelled in a shorter period of time than 14 days prior to boarding, the total amount deposited as the cost of booking will be kept. In case of change of dates of the cruise, it may be done free of charge, based on the availability of the boat.

 

What if the weather is bad ?

We cannot provide any guarantee regarding the use and comforts of the vessel in case of bad weather for navigation in the sections within the selected navigation area. The captain, however, will make efforts to navigate the vessel by navigating to safe ports and anchorages within the limits of the agreed route. The cruise program may vary based on the discretion of the captain and depending on the weather conditions as well as other necessary navigation and mooring techniques. The captain may take any decision he deems appropriate to ensure the safety of the tour and may change the time and the way he will approach the intended destinations which would be difficult to achieve, would be impossible or it would not be available. Participants cannot seek compensation for any damages or inconvenience that may be caused by the situations and reasons described above. Participants must be fully aware of the risks that a boat cruise can entail.
